1. Educational and Training Purposes
Security: Behind Bars is provided solely for educational and training purposes. The course is intended to provide general information regarding security, safety, prevention, documentation, responsible decision-making, and related practices in nightclubs, bars, restaurants, and similar establishments.

2. Not Legal or Professional Advice
Nothing contained in this course constitutes legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship. Laws, regulations, licensing requirements, security standards, alcohol-service requirements, and other obligations may vary by jurisdiction and may change over time. Participants and establishments should consult qualified legal counsel and other appropriate professionals regarding their specific circumstances.

3. Compliance With Laws and Employer Policies
Course content does not replace or override applicable federal, state, or local laws, regulations, emergency procedures, licensing requirements, employer policies, or instructions from law enforcement, emergency medical personnel, or other appropriate authorities. Participants are responsible for understanding and complying with requirements applicable to their location and employment.

4. Individual Responsibility
Real-world security situations vary significantly. Participants are responsible for exercising appropriate judgment and applying course concepts only when lawful, safe, and consistent with their training, employer policies, and circumstances. The course does not direct participants to take actions beyond their lawful authority, training, or capabilities.

5. No Guarantee of Results
Completion of Security: Behind Bars does not guarantee the prevention of crime, injury, property damage, disputes, lawsuits, regulatory action, security incidents, or other losses. No particular employment, business, safety, legal, or operational result is promised or guaranteed.

6. Certificate of Completion
Participants who successfully satisfy the applicable course and assessment requirements may receive a Certificate of Completion. The certificate represents completion of the course requirements only. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it does not constitute a government-issued certification, professional license, occupational credential, or authorization to perform regulated activities.

7. Course Materials and Intellectual Property
All course videos, written materials, assessments, graphics, documents, downloads, and other content are provided for authorized educational use only. Course materials may not be copied, reproduced, recorded, republished, distributed, sold, shared, modified for redistribution, or used commercially without prior authorization from the applicable rights holder.

8. Account and Course Access
Course access is intended only for the registered participant or authorized purchaser. Login credentials and course access may not be shared, transferred, resold, or provided to unauthorized individuals. Access may be restricted or terminated in cases of unauthorized use, distribution, misuse, or violation of these terms.

9. Accuracy and Changes to Course Content

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

12. Purchases and Refunds

All purchases of Security: Behind Bars are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of the course and immediate access to course materials, refunds will not be provided once a purchase is completed, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

13. Misuse of Course Content
Participants may not use course materials to promote, encourage, or justify unlawful, discriminatory, reckless, abusive, or intentionally harmful conduct. Course concepts should be applied responsibly and consistently with applicable law and organizational policy.

14. Acceptance of Terms
By completing your purchase, accessing the course, or checking the applicable agreement box, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
